Ringbelt is unfinished. Visiting the page creates no relationship beyond reading it.
One honest message is welcome. Bulk submission, advertising and impersonation are not, and may be filtered out.
Do not test it beyond normal browsing. It exists to serve one page and to accept one form.
Words and design stay with the project. Link freely; do not republish.
The page can go offline for maintenance. No service was sold, so nothing is owed for the pause.
